Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by fostering collaboration across multiple disciplines and managing the entire application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing to maintain security and functionality, developing automation strategies, and supporting configuration needs. The position also entails reviewing code, tracking defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to enhance testing frameworks and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align quality objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues related to application quality.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing tools.
- Experience in managing test data and environment configurations to support diverse testing scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
