Compensation

• Responsible for end-to-end salary review & bonus exercises

• Evaluation
• Determine payment matrixes
• Business partner to Business Heads towards review and completion of exercises

• Remuneration Benchmarking

• Provide benchmarking data to support salary review
• Lead & provide guidance towards completion of annual TRS
• Ensure competitive remuneration offers for talent acquisition

• Subject matter expert towards transiting compensation administration to GBS

Benefits Administration

• Responsible for annual renewal of group insurance schemes - negotiation, overseeing data submission & communication
• Administer all benefits schemes such as flexible benefits and leave     

Payroll

• Oversees payroll processing for an approximately 700 headcounts
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Responsible for accurate payroll reporting, bonus provisions & all required statutory reporting and audit of payroll function
• Subject matter expert towards transiting transactional payroll processes to GBS

Budgeting

• Responsible for annual personnel budgeting exercise
• Support business unit on ad-hoc budget simulation
• Ensure accurate salary and bonus provisions by working closely with Finance Group
