WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Production Artist who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment. You bring a strong eye for precision and consistency, and you take pride in translating creative ideas into clear, production-ready outputs. You enjoy working across teams, helping to bridge design intent with technical execution, and you’re motivated by improving workflows and elevating team output.
You’re naturally curious, collaborative, and adaptable, with a passion for sport, culture, and creativity. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • A relevant educational background in graphic design or a related field, or comparable practical experience
  • Experience in design, creative operations, or product creation within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong digital design skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based workflows
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D apparel tools (such as CLO) and emerging AI design tools (e.g. VIZCOM)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will bring design concepts to life by creating accurate, production-ready assets that support the product creation process. You will ensure consistency across graphics, schematics, and product details while enabling teams to move efficiently from concept to execution.
  • Translate design intent into precise, production-ready deliverables
  • Create and maintain graphics, layouts, and product schematics
  • Partner with design, development, and product teams to ensure alignment
  • Manage and organize files, workflows, and documentation across projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across apparel and footwear
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in a high-volume production environment

This role will be open until the 21st of July
