Position Responsibilities:

Lead DFQR and DFT activities and conduct risk assessment during the product design stage. Develop and execute product Q&R qualification plans, including HTOL, LU and ESD. Drive manufacturing vendors for quality control and improvement and dispose nonconforming materials due to manufacturing excursions. Work closely with product and test teams for FT test improvement. Drive device RMA process, FA, disposition, reporting and improvement.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and eight years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and ten years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a master's degree and eight years of experience. Must have eight years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) DFRT for Si die qualification; (2) hands on experience with HTOL hardware design; (3) working with Si failure modes and mechanisms; (4) working with reliability stress and statistics; (5) knowledge of semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing, and FA; (6) experience in IC and system level testing and debugging; and (7) experience with Semi-conductor industry Fab production flows.
