We are seeking Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate logistics, kit production, and inventory control activities to support laboratory operations
- Ensure compliance with global shipping regulations, including customs, FDA, and dangerous goods requirements
- Prepare shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, letters of instruction, and airway bills
- Liaise with project management teams to determine shipping needs and provide logistics guidance
- Track, trace, and resolve shipment issues to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain courier systems, address databases, and ensure accurate data within QLIMS
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of shipping materials
- Support training of staff and contribute to process improvements for logistics efficiency
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year of related experience.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and global shipping processes
- Experience using courier systems and logistics tracking tools (e.g., QLIMS or similar systems)
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,000.00 - $95,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.More Information
