Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met while adhering to established frameworks. You will focus on managing scope and risk, driving profitability, and ensuring service quality. Additionally, you will proactively support sales efforts by providing innovative solutions and maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting Management.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
