Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering servers and network components. Tasks include performing first and second level troubleshooting to resolve basic and intermediate technical challenges, often collaborating with teams to maintain system reliability and performance both remotely and onsite.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in documenting technical procedures and support knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on routine technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades in the infrastructure environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- Experience with storage system configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating system-level support across server and network environments.
- Ability to perform L1 and L2 level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of network protocols and storage networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within defined operating models and processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
