Job Description

1. Execute financial due diligence as a project team member. The responsibility mainly includes: 
   (1) Conduct data cleaning and discrepancy closing;
   (2) Analyze the financials of the Target;
   (3) Identify potential risks, conclude findings and implications
   (4) Perform limited market research, and;
   (5) Draft due diligence report;
   
   
   
   
   
2. Other project related assistance, such as pitch material preparation

Job Conditions

1. University graduates with a minimum of 2-4 years of professional audit experience in Big 4, preferably with previous due diligence exposure
2. Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
3. Able to identify business opportunities and contribute to the Firms practice through proactive interactions with clients senior management
4. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Frequent Travel is required
