Responsibilities:

• Support financial and administrative routines, contributing to overall business operations;
• Review and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies;
• Monitor and control CAPEX, including asset management, especially fleet/vehicles;
• Perform accounting-related activities such as accruals, cost allocation, and expense distribution;
• Track and analyze corporate expenses, including audits and identification of optimization opportunities;
• Manage relationships with insurance providers, ensuring proper handling of corporate policies;
• Support financial and administrative processes with partners and vendors;
• Provide support to employees on finance-related matters, including training and day-to-day inquiries.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in finance and/or administrative roles;
• Knowledge of accounting processes and financial controls;
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP and Concur is a plus;
• English and Spanish are a plus.
