Job Description

Originally known as a bookseller, we have dramatically expanded our range over the years to offer everything from DVD’s to MP3’s, Toys to Tools, Clothing to Computers and so much more.

Catalog Discovery Trust (CDT) Operations safeguards the Amazon marketplace by ensuring the catalog is free of abuse. We achieve this through proactively detecting and remediating catalog listings with policy risks or abuse and through investigating reports of abuse from Customers, Selling Partners and Brands to take corrective actions.
Our vision is to ensure that every Customer, Brand and Selling Partner (SP) are protected from bad actors and their concerns are resolved real-time. Our mission is to make quick and accurate decisions that exceed the expectations of our Customers, Brands and SPs while protecting them from bad actors.
