The candidate will work in close collaboration with researchers and engineers on enabling next generation AI, communication or advanced computing systems that support leading edge Hybrid Cloud and AI technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
This is for a 2024 summer internship with the following start dates: May - August or June - September for quarter system schools.
In this role, you will investigate the feasibility of applying science and engineering principles towards innovative, new chip designs and applications, that includes using state-of-the-art chip architecture, design and test. Background knowledge of engineering disciplines, computer science, data science, or materials science are ideal skills for this role. Interns are expected to have the ability to analyze complex problems and apply creative solutions to groundbreaking engineering projects.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Pursuing Bachelors' in a science or engineer discipline
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Material Science/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering; Prior programming, computational or data analysis experience through projects or coursework
