Marketing Senior – Events and Sponsorships
Marketing Senior for Events and Sponsorships will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing a comprehensive internal/external events and sponsorships for EY Türkiye. With a focus on strengthening brand reputation, the candidate will work closely with EY Türkiye’s Brand, Marketing and Communication team to execute strategic detailed marketing plans. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, partners and alliances as appropriate to identify strategic event, sponsorship and partnership opportunities that raise the visibility of the EY brand in Türkiye.
We are seeking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Brand, Marketing and Communication Team with the following qualifications;
Job Description
- Oversees and coordinates all stages of event/sponsorship strategy and production, including event conception, budgeting, vendor negotiation, branding, on-site management and post event/sponsorship analysis
- Helps build target audience for each event or sponsorship separately
- Responsible for driving cross-functional teams to leverage the communications and processes required to execute events successfully, maximize brand awareness and event attendance
- Works closely with EY Türkiye’s brand, marketing, communication team and external agencies to create effective and successful event advertising and marketing materials
- Follows-up the registration processes and attendance lists
- Supports brand, marketing and communication team to develop creative ideas for both online and offline
- Evaluates event and sponsorship success through analytical and qualitative assessments
- Performs other marketing and branding responsibilities as requested by senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or other related fields
- 2-4 years’ experience in event and sponsorship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Strong planning and coordination skills in addition to hands-on event management
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work as a part of team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge will be plus
- Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders and communicate with C-level executives
- Good understanding of branding and the ability to carry out the brand message throughout the sponsorship or event activities
- Outside the box thinking ability
