Duties include but not limited to assisting with:

• 1.Building Management
  1.1 Control the work of service contracts (security guard, housekeeper, gardener, pest control)
  1.2 Control work, documents, training, and work procedures of contractors to be in accordance with building regulations.
  1.3 Walk around and inspect the common areas.
  1.4 Perform work as assigned by supervisor.

• 2.Safety management
  2.1 Compile safety programs and Emergency programs.
  2.2 Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  2.3 Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  2.4 Control and identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
  2.5 Promote safety initiatives.
  2.6 Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
  Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports 
  compiled for management.
  2.7 Control and regularly inspect equipment. (PPE)
  Safety Officer Requirements:
  2.8 Can analyze risks form work to all department.

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree.
  Have a certificate to be a Professional Safety Officer.
  Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
  Strong communication skills.
  Good customer service
  Minimum of 1- 2 years experience in this position.
  Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
