Process Expert - INZIU06 - Airoli - Empire Tower

Owns the job file and also has responsibility for creating and updating
relevant documentation and Customer Invoices in the system.

• Owns all Airfreight Operations & Finops activities under file management for the customers.
• All file management activities post booking Documentation with system updates.
• Proactive communication with customer service team in case of exceptions.
• Support to customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
• Good Knowledge of Freight Forwarding; Air freight experience will be preferred.
• Must be having good written communication to co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders through emails.
• Expertise in excel, Power BI dashboard will also be preferred for this role for Rate repository management & to simplify daily reporting tasks.
• If candidate possessing knowledge of CargoWise1 Freight forwarding platform will be preferable.
