Key responsibilities



The Supervisor is responsible for leading the Return Operations team with following main responsibilities:



Maintain SOPs as prescribed by MPO partners for Outbound & Returns / Disputes resolutions.
B2C order processing for different marketplaces
Co-ordinate with courier partners on disputed cases with proper communications to ensure timely and positive resolution.
Maintaining records of all returns and ensure timely closure / issuance of CN / refund processed.
Timely raise Insurance Claims and follow-up till closure.
B2C / B2B returns management & order management.
Segregation of return stock.
Refurbishments / repackaging / put-a-way of stock.

Technical

  • Very good exposure and end to end understanding of B2B & B2C return management.
  • Good experience using lean / six sigma and other problem-solving methodologies
  • Knowledge of legacy application like WMS & Microsoft Excel.
  • Good knowledge on Data Modelling, Data mining & data analysis.
  • Good analytical & Problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in managing team and workflow management.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C Outbound & returns management & ticket raising on different marketplaces.
  • Acquainted with international business environments.
  • Highly responsible in cost exposure and revenue leakage avoidance.
  • Customs experience will be preferred.
  • Well organized when working under pressure.
  • Understand of lean principles, use Lean tools to organize/lead.
  • Familiarity with A.P. Moller Maersk group policies and corporate values.
  • Understanding of processes, policies, compliance & relevant system-based knowledge for use in creating right customer experience.
