GCA BKS Team Leader - CNCNQ06 - Chongqing - Raffles City Building,5F-8F No.2 Yuzhong District

Has responsibility for managing, controlling and leading all operations
activities of a small CSO, relating to the Booking agent service Operations to deliver
optimal operations performance in accordance with the Area Business
Strategy and agreed Customer SLAs.

Monitors all activities handled in association with booking agent service(BKS).
Executes all file management activities.
Job-Costing.
Designs tailor made strategies for BKS together with warehousing, transportation
(primary/secondary) and implements them successfully.
Arrives at the right solution for storage and distribution in
conjunction with Business so as to ensure the minimum cost while at the
same time ensuring required service levels specific to each business.
