Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Simulation Engineer (Integration platforms) (f/m) to join our Modelling and Simulation Department, based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team delivering, to the Airbus Engineering community, integrated and real-time simulation products that simulate aircraft systems, flight physics and aeronautical environment.

In this team, you will work as a Simulation Engineer and you will be in charge of managing and delivering simulation products to our customers.

Your challenges:

• Cascade needs, schedule and coordinate development of product subcomponents (simulation models, simulation frameworks, electronic interfaces)

• Integrate and validate those evolutions from a multi-system standpoint,

• Deliver to our customers the new product and the associated documentations,

• Provide technical support to our customers,

• Propose innovative solutions in order to improve our product policy,

• Interface with Ground Test Means and Flight Test teams, Model and multi-systems Specialists, Airbus India for extended make activities, Engineering Services Subcontractors

Your boarding pass:

• Graduate with an engineering degree or equivalent

• Software knowledge (no development but troubleshooting): Linux, C & scripts.

• General understanding of Aircraft systems and willing to learn how different systems are linked and work together. 

• Advanced level of English / French an advantage

Salary range based on the required profile: 45 to 55 K€/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
