Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Admin - French speaker to join our Rewards team in the Airbus GBS in Lisbon to cover for a Maternity Leave.

Responsibilities - your mission

You will be supporting the Reward Operations department and will be responsible to: 

  • Approve personal information changes in Workday

  • Ensure the information is correctly interfaced in the HR Database

  • Launch pre-employment certificates

  • Production and delivery of employer certificates

  • Answer requests about personal information changes and employer certificates via the internal portal, mailbox or ticketing tool

  • Keep operating procedures updated

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Mandatory fluency in French

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources

  • Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite (preferential)

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines

  • Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks

  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance

  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas

  • Versatility to work with different technical tools
