Your Role and Responsibilities
- Leverage IBM’s digital commerce and methodology to help our clients for project delivery
- Participate and present solutions to various level of stakeholders of clients.
- Develop or evaluate operation capabilities such as process, organization, IT on where/how clients should invest their digital transformation today and tomorrow to drive revenue growth or optimize costs to improve operation efficiency.
- Leverage ecosystem partners to improve clients' operation efficiency.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Functional knowledge – SAP CRM
- Industry experience of Consumer, Electronic Product, Healthcare, Life Science, Automotive, or Industrial Products.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Familiar with SAP CRM projects
