Job Title Project & Change Execution Manager – KYC Transformation

You will be part of a central program management team in the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations function to develop and oversee the execution of critical transformation initiatives, working in partnership with business, technology and central program leadership teams. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the transformation of our key KYC processes and controls across technology, operations, and other infrastructure on time and on budget.

Your key responsibilities
Support Program Leads to develop detailed delivery plans and execution approach; rack programme goals and key performance indicators to measure success.
Support project business case preparation where required for new initiatives, including initial scoping, proposals, framework and timeline planning, and baseline artefact definition
Provide effective delivery assurance by tracking delivery milestones, spend, and benefits delivery & Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigating actions across programme.
Conducts ad-hoc analyses / troubleshooting to support new investment opportunities and/or remediate emerging risks and issues.
Coordinates and prepares key governance updates including upwards reporting to programme operating and steering committees, and central forums.
Prepare materials to support regular and ad-hoc senior executive communications and regulatory engagement as required.
Actively manage stakeholders and ensure close collaboration across business, infrastructure functions and technology as well as with other related investment
Your skills and experience
Work experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of key front to back processes, controls, and systems.
Proven track record managing large scale (i.e., cross divisional / multiple geographies), complex and fast-paced transformation programs across the full lifecycle along with previous experience in Agile transformation/ delivery.
Ability to develop team members by identifying strengths and weaknesses, providing suggestions for improvements, and maintaining a constructive and open feedback culture.
Advanced skills in effective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view or disagreements in a constructive manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics or equivalent experience
