Program Manager, External Fulfillment - Istanbul

Job Description

The External Fulfillment (EF) team at Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Turkey Program Manager to launch and expand EF fulfillment operations in Turkey. This is a diverse and visible role requiring strong stakeholder management and program delivery expertise.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, development, and implementation of end-to-end operations, technical and business solutions for establishing new EF nodes in Turkey
- Own the performance and success of EF programs and on-boarded sellers in Turkey
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize projects, product feature requests, and set stakeholder expectations
- Ensure requirements and resources are in place to deliver successful EF integrations in Turkey
- Develop and maintain effective communication processes across Amazon teams
- Manage critical relationships with external partners from initiation to execution, and provide training on Amazon processes
- Combine practical and intellectual skills to adapt to varying tasks, from complex analysis to hands-on project management
- Work extensively with large datasets, utilizing appropriate software for data analysis
- Be willing to travel to EF sites in Turkey as needed

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- High attention to detail, strong with data and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recognize non-obvious patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Local Language)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficient in data analysis and the use of tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Projects, Asana
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
- Experience in business case decision-making and complex problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Successful track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
- Team player with a collaborative approach to project work and meeting deadlines
