Regional Director of Operations (RDO's), support the operations, growth, and development of their assigned area Sites. They oversee Sites to ensure practice goals are achieved including budgeted profit targets. They partner with other RDOs, their DMO and Medical Providers to help their Sites achieve their business goals. This position has direct supervision of Multi-Site Managers in assigned regions.

Salary:

  • Starting at $90K per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provides visible support and manages the operations of assigned regional Sites to ensure they are positioned to meet or exceed company goals.
  • Responsible for operations of sites within their region including overall management, operations, coordination, performance results and evaluation of all functions
  • Regional Directors, Operations utilize best practices and continuous improvement techniques to maximize efficiency within the clinics and are responsible for meeting financial, regulatory and satisfaction goals
  • Partners with  Talent Acquisition Team to assess, select, and hire members of their assigned regional Site teams.
  • Plans, organizes, and manages operations for several clinics, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, inventory control and facility upkeep
  • Ensures site schedules are maintained to promote efficiencies in practices and patient satisfaction
  • Ensures Multi-site Managers onboard and train members of their assigned regional Site teams in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversees site staffing, ensuring appropriate coverage and staffing levels to maintain patient access and provider support while remaining good stewards of company
  • Coordinates workflow in sites, and prioritizes and shifts duties as necessary to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Partners with DMO to evaluate Multi-site Managers’ performance, resolve performance issues, provide positive feedback, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.
  • Collaborates with DMO and HR on employee relations matters related to the site.
  • Coordinates and facilitates monthly staff meetings
  • Gathers feedback from team members and gives feedback to the DMO to prepare and deliver performance reviews; develop performance improvement plans and goals for Multi-site Managers.
  • Identifies high potential Multi-site Managers and other team member and manages their development to prepare them for promotional opportunities.
  • Partners with the Multi-site Managers to initiate and manage employee practices to empower and reward Site teams for meeting goals and demonstrating behaviors consistent with the company’s mission, vision, and culture.
  • Solicit and respond to patient feedback to improve service and processes that will enhance the patient experience
  • Partners with Multi-site Managers to assess and maintain appropriate staffing levels in assigned regional sites.
  • Strategizes and develops plan of action for anticipated staffing needs utilizing Talent Acquisition Team as needed.
  • Monitors revenues and expenditures for each Site to assure budgeted targets are met.
  • Partners with Multi-site Managers, DMOs, Occupational Medicine, Revenue Cycle Management, and appropriate departments (IT, Facilities, etc.) to identify and execute corrective action to improve Site performance.
  • Respond to escalated patient grievances and other operational issues not resolved by the Multi-site Managers.
  • Provides input to the  Director of Market Operations on initiatives, policies, and practices that support company goals and objectives.
  • Supports pilot initiatives such as, but not limited to new systems, new processes, etc. assigned to their regional Sites.
  • Meets or exceeds New Office opening goals and facilitates the successful opening of New Offices.
  • Collaborates with onboarding team to ensure seamless startup of new clinics in region
  • Completes monthly site audit and site locations visit guides.
  • Communicates in a timely and consistent manner, ensuring a professional and respectful exchange of information and ideas
  • Conducts weekly calls and individual statuses with the Multi-site Managers in their region.
  • Works weekend on-call rotations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience supervising staff or documented performance within WellNow
  • Exceptional capacity for leading people; a team-builder who has experience in scaling up teams; ability to connect clinical staff both on an individual level and in groups; capacity to enforce accountability; ability to develop and empower team members. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Strong presentation, employee management, and project implementation skill
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently use Health Information Technology (HIT) Systems, including running reports.
  • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent writing, editing and administrative skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Significant travel required – 75% of the time.
  • Resides within the region they will be serving.
  • High School or GED required
  • College degree preferred
