Job Description
Come help build innovative new technologies for delivering billions of customer packages at the customer doorstep! MENA Address Quality team owns the programmatic solutions that helps in improving geospatial matrices which enables deliver smiles to our customer in MENA region. We are instrumental in impacting customer satisfaction directly, by devising innovative ways to deliver packages quickly and cost-effectively to the customers, and at scale using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning solutions.
Key job responsibilities
1. Direct line management for the MENA Address Quality Team.
2. Manage performance and behavior through effective 1:1 meeting, coaching, and mentorship.
3. Implement performance goals, monitors and evaluates against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.
4. Regularly review and analyze team data to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement.
5. Oversee effective implementation of short term staffing plan and scheduling adherence in partnership with workflow.
6. Participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvement change initiatives.
7. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
