Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for desktop
deployments and data migrations of user data, applications, and settings
using Autopilot, USMT, PowerShell, Power Platform, and other automation
tools.
• Test and troubleshoot automation solutions and ensure they meet the
business and user requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on
automation-related issues and best practices.
• Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.
• Research and evaluate new automation technologies and tools and recommend
improvements.
Requirements
.• At least 3 years of experience in desktop engineering, automation, or
related roles.
• Proficient in Autopilot, USMT, PowerShell, Power platform, and other
desktop automation and migration tools
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other
cloud-based services and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant areas are a plus.
