Sr Software Development Engineer - Hyderabad

Job Description

The Sr SDE for Workplace team will be the lead architect to define the right set of technology tools being used, defining right infra as well will define the technical roadmap for the Operations and Tooling.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our Workplace Delivery team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that streamline processes, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth.

You will design new solutions that have direct impact to customer experience, be a base for building variety of features for Workplace. You will raise the bar on current design, propose improvements, identify impact to dependent systems, and execute on the proposals successfully.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
