What YOU Will Do:
- Lead a team of professionals, setting objectives and guiding execution to achieve operational results
- Tackle complex problems involving multiple variables
- Explain and influence policies, practices, and procedures
- Oversee procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, and program execution
- Direct vendor selection and management to minimize costs while maintaining quality and reliability
- Review price trends and manufacturing processes to optimize procurement
- Resolve client issues and coordinate supplier deliveries to address shortages and delays
- Authorize purchase orders, negotiate prices, and approve payments
- Assess RFPs and bid packages, and monitor contract performance for compliance and necessary changes

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
