Job Title KYC Regulatory and Control Delivery and Execution

You will be accountable for delivering a discreet workstream within the broader Know Your Customer (KYC) Transformation programme, working in partnership with key business, infrastructure, and technology stakeholders. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the workstream outcomes, achieving key milestones and within agreed budgets.

Your key responsibilities
Partner with KYC Ops leadership and business and technology leadership to translate strategy and business outcomes into concrete requirements, design deliverables and work packages
Build team of subject matter experts and change resources with complimentary skill sets to deliver the workstream investments
Define roll-out plans for introducing new processes, controls, data and technology into KYC Operations as well as business and infrastructure function user groups
Prepare materials to support regular and ad-hoc senior executive communications and regulatory engagement as relevant to the workstream
Coordinate / facilitate user communications and training sessions as relevant.
Ensure workstream adheres to DB change governance standards
Your skills and experience
Extensive working experience in the financial services industry and a clear understanding of key front to back processes, controls, and systems
Proven track record managing large scale (i.e., cross divisional / multiple geographies), complex and fast-paced transformation programs with a focus on regulatory and control initiatives across the full lifecycle along with previous experience in Agile transformation/ delivery
Preferable to have technical and operational understanding of data privacy, secrecy and information barrier policies, models, and solutions. including “Need to Know”
Significant experience in risk management, effectively identifying and assessing risks within a program/project along with developing and implementing sustainable mitigating actions
Ability to develop team members by identifying strengths and weaknesses, providing suggestions for improvements, and maintaining a constructive and open feedback culture. Support knowledge sharing within the team in conducting coaching and trainings and thus drive for high performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences
