Job Title - GTI Risk Reduction Project Manager

Location - Bangalore, India

Role Description

As part of the GTI Risk Reduction team, the role will play a key part in the division achieving its risk reduction targets.

Your key responsibilities

• Establish end-2-end change governance for GTI Risk Reduction deliverables funded by Risk Reduction Program. The above includes planning, monitor execution and status report. Additionally, contribute to the identification + mitigation/escalation of Risks, Issues and Dependencies
• Monitor 2024 GTI Program’s financials
• Support 2025 IG budgeting submission 
• Work with GTI CIOs minus 1 to provide insightful cost estimates of remediation activities.

Your skills and experience

• Strong change management experience. Preferably coupled with exposure to Risk, Control & Compliance initiatives  
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence
• Direct experience of building or reviewing complex business cases underpinning IT Programmes / Initiatives
• Strong written & oral communication skills, able to work with global stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to cover leadership roles which implies managing and developing dedicated resources
• Demonstrable collaborative working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge & prioritize
• Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry.
