Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Apple Mac OS Support Engineer with experience in managing JAMF MDM environments, and with preferences for knowledge in Intune, ServiceNow, ITIL, and Azure/Entra, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end to end support and administration for our Apple Mac ecosystem.Job Description
- Experience Required: 5 years
- Experience Desired: Proven experience as a Mac OS Support Engineer in a retail environment;
- Proficiency in managing JAMF MDM environments; Strong knowledge of Apple Mac hardware, macOS, and iOS platforms and associated best practices
- Proficiency in creating and managing Apple IDs, App Store accounts, and Apple Business Manager.
- Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Apple Mac hardware and software related issues in a retail environment.
- Manage and maintain the JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment to support our Mac footprint.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Mac OS and software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions aligned with business objective
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Apple technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Mac OS usage and best practices.
- Analyze system logs and diagnostic reports to troubleshoot complex issues.
