Analista Postventa -Programas MSI - Tasa Cero - Ciudad De Mexico Distrito Federal Mexico

The Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible of the campaigns and different programs and benefits for our clients. Also for leading new projects and strategics for improvement of the processes.

The Analyst also serves as a partner for different areas for providing the best results for our clients of Meses sin Intereses.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of different projects for improvement of some of the actual processes of Tasa Cero team
• Participate in end-to-end process of the program “Pase Anual” and Beneficio Oro”
• Responsible of the mailbox responses to provide the correct attention for the clients and some partners of the area for “Pase Anual” and “Beneficio Oro”
• Partner with different areas such as Estrategias Comerciales, Marketing, Legal, Fairness, Compliance, and different channels for approvals
• Prepare P&Ls and information for BI
• Prepare new initiatives and follow up for new campaigns
• Participate in the generation of monthly details and presentation
• Participate client transactions, projects or assignments as the junior member of a professional team
• Partner with senior Corporate Banking Officers and professionals
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations and create statistical exhibits
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Provide evaluations of a company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends or data
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Se requiere

*Experiencia en manejo de Excel y power point intermedio/avanzado

(tablas dinámicas, manejos de fórmula y macros / resúmenes ejecutivos, diagramas de flujos)

*Inglés intermedio (comprensión escrita)

*Experiencia mínima 2 años en gerencia de producto

*Manejo de P&L (1 año)

*Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, que pueda exponer frente a comités
