If you love advertising, gaming and solving big-customer problems and have a passion for new technology in the media space, then Scaled Ops Associate position for Twitch is an amazing opportunity for a role that lies at the intersection of your interests.

The ideal candidate would have experience in booking and trafficking campaigns, creative management, order activation and other adjustments needed for successful campaign launches.

The Scaled Ops Associate will work closely with the Campaign Services, Sales, Finance, Production Teams and Twitch Ops team areas to support on the successful execution of our many Twitch products across our platform.

Flexibility, adaptability and being comfortable with ambiguity are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.



Key job responsibilities
Maintain the highest standards around campaign fulfilment
Execute campaigns by trafficking ads to Amazon's stable of properties: Amazon, Twitch.tv etc.
Build campaign, line items, creative in an ad server with reference to the requirement.
Communicating the status of campaign creation to key global partners and also providing twitch team with screenshots confirming creative went live
Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of the campaign, including go live workflows
The ability to proactively troubleshoot, solve problem quickly and escalate as needed
Take on ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad serving capabilities.
Responsible for SLAs (Service Level Agreements), quality, customer experience and productivity of assigned team
Partnering with key stakeholders to define, identify and influence the development of new initiatives
Creating best practices by putting forth improvement ideas
Mentor, guide and deliver trainings to operational teams to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation
Look at ways to automate the process

Basic Qualifications:

- Ideal candidate may have 1-4 years of work experience in advertising domain.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Candidate to have excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic excel skills.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
