Skill: Business Analyst with Equity Swaps
- Swaps Technology dev analyst/scrum master will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables.
- The candidate will work directly with all members of the dev team (other analysts, developers, qa), our business users (Delta One Trading, Middle Office, Operations) and other development teams.
- This person will communicate the work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Responsibilities will also include documenting requirements, analysis and testing results.
Core Skills:
- Understanding of equity trading; equity swaps a plus.
- Understanding of BDD/TDD.
- Understanding of the development process/cycle.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally.
- Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
- Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment.
- Ability to navigate JIRA and Confluence docs.
