- At least one year of experience in Cloud Contact Center design and implementation.
- Ability to layout design approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.
- Ability to create low level design documents.
- Ability to design the solution in compliance with customer’s security standards.
- Responsible for integrating Five9 Contact Center with Enterprise Business Applications.
- Ability to callout risks if any in the early stage of the project.
- implement and support Five9 Cloud Contact Center solution.
- Participate in security and solution review discussions
- Create SOP document
- Working experience of enterprise Cloud Contact Center solutions such as Nice, Genesys, Five9.
- Working experience with automation tools such as Python, PowerShell or others
- Working experience with cloud networks
- CISCO KSAs is a plus
- Cisco Call Manager 12.0 and up
- Cisco Collaboration, gateways/ISR’s
- Certificate management
- Network & Application level security
- TCP/TLS
