We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Professional to join our dynamic team. The Finance Professional will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial resources to support the company's growth and success. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

 

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial stability.

 

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

 

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational needs and maintain a healthy cash position.

 

Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROI assessments, and make recommendations for capital allocation.

 

Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.

 

Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and reporting requirements.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
