Technical/Functional Skills:
- Working knowledge in administering Windows Server 2012 to 2022 and
- Windows 10 & 11
- Working knowledge of key Windows services like Windows Clustering,
- Windows Print Services, Windows Remote Desktop Services, IIS, File Server,
- FTP, DNS, Load Balancing, etc
- Working knowledge of Citrix Servers and Clients
- Working knowledge on Client-Server Environment
- Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL
- Knowledge on PowerShell Scripting, VB Scripting, etc
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Commands, Tomcat Webserver, etc
- Experience Required:
- 24X7 Level 2 Production Support of Windows based applications
- Windows Remote Desktop Servers maintenance and support
- Configure, Maintain, and Support Desktop & Server applications.
- Configure, Maintain, and Support Web applications.
- Resolve client application related issue with help from remote access tools.
- Monitor various alerts and logs and resolve any issues.
- Run scheduled processes and troubleshoot & resolve when they fail and
- escalate if required.
- Troubleshoot application installation, configuration issues on Windows servers
- and clients and engage other teams wherever required.
- Technical team management and skill development (Technical & Domain)
- Monitor and resolve 2 nd level incidents within SLA and escalate where needed.
- Support Development and QA environments and fix issues reported.
- Attend all meetings to facilitate deployments, coordinate with other
- stakeholders providing accurate and timely status reports.
