We are looking for Client Lead, within our Client Financial Solutions team supporting our Managed Services division. 

What this job involves 

  • To work with the CFS leadership to develop the operating model in CFS to ensure alignment to our clients’ requirements and optimal efficiency for JLL 

  • To ensure that accounts deliverables for agreed clients are consistent with those documented in our contracts (PMAs) and measured in accordance with agreed SLAs/KPIs 

  • To drive the creation of an industry leading PAM Client Accounting Function that is considered a ‘Centre of Excellence’ both internally and externally, and to act as the escalation point for issue resolution 

  • To work with the CFS Leadership to optimise profitability through ensuring adherence to agreed deliverables and closely controlling costs including those relating to errors  

  • To ensure that statutory and legislative requirements, including the Inland Revenue, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the HM Customs & Excise, are satisfied for the Company and its clients 

  • To work with the CFS Leadership in pricing, developing and pitching for new business 

  • Develop strong relationships with PAM’s top tier clients, working closely with their senior accounting contacts to understand their current/future needs and to act as an early escalation point 

  • Acquire an understanding of our contractual scope of work by documenting service deliverables extracted from our Property Management Agreements, Service Level Agreements, scorecards and Duties of Care. Regularly complete a review of actual services provided, reporting back findings in relation to gaps and scope creep to the Contract Lead and Client Financial Solutions Directors 

  • Act on client feedback received during face to face meetings, reporting in scorecards results and the client feedback register, by communicating with Directors responsible for the instruction, in addition to setting up and facilitating workshops to agree Service Improvement Plans (SIP) 

  • Promote Client Financial Solutions both internally and externally, including, but not limited to, developing and communicating team capability statements 

  • Support the Client Accounts Manager with management of the client accounts team 

  • To contribute to pitch documents and represent Client Financial Solutions as and when required 

  • Working with contract leads, carry out regular client profitability reviews and report findings. Review and improve the Client Financial Solutions business pricing model. 

  • Work with the CFS Leadership to develop a business plan for Client Financial Solutions, consistent with that for PAM 

  • Take on board membership and/or management of business plan objectives/projects 

  • Keep up to date with current and future industry and regulatory requirements to support our internal teams and clients'

  • Desired skills and experience for this job  

    • Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with 2-5 years post qualification management accounting experience; or qualified by experience 

    • Accounting operations background ideally from within a client/property context; 

    • Strong people management, interpersonal and mentoring skills; 

    • Committed to the provision of excellent customer service; 

    • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required and understanding of property management or accounting management systems;
