Job Title: Account Lead

Department: Account Management

Reports To: Account Director

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Lead to join our sales team. The Account Lead will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual who can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
  • Understand clients' business goals, requirements, and pain points to effectively present suitable solutions and add value to their operations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to identify new opportunities, upsell additional products or services, and explore potential business expansion.
  • Develop account plans and implement strategies to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Track sales performance and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Actively participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services and identify new leads.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the same or related industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and related services is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
