About the role
The ideal candidate should support the Business Partnering team in timely delivery of projects, Support the Global controllership Ops function & India Special Projects.
What this job involves:
Be a part of the ‘Finance Business Partnering’ Function, reporting to the Senior Director – Finance Partnering.
Act as the ‘Central Project Manager’ on special projects/ strategic initiatives introduced in the firm
Support the Global Productivity Projects as part of the Global Controllership Ops Team
Act as the PMO for the wing-to-wing implementation of OneSource statutory audit software
Act as the PMO for the Global Account Reconciliation Project
Work actively with CFO’s office, in driving new business explorations/ Merger &Acquisition’s (Invest/Divest/ Re-org), etc.
Play a key role in examining the impact & implementation, of any new / changed regulations that impact our business at a business unit/ country level
Develop scenario models in support of the assessment of business development and growth opportunities.
Focal point for creating impactful & informative presentations/ pitches for periodic senior leadership meetings with regional/ global leaders.
Assist in ad-hoc projects taken up by the team, to support India Finance & Business
Timely & Accurate delivery of data analytics & projects.
Sounds like you? To apply you need to have:
Degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, CA, or relevant professional accountancy qualification.
At least 3-4 years of experience in an MNC in a statutory audit support role is preferred.
Experience in Big 4 firm is required.
Able to work with finance teams based in multi-country and remote teams.
Basic Understanding of Data Analytics & project Management Tools
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Team player and yet able to work independently.
An aptitude in new technologies such as Altrix and Power BI is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, written as well as Verbal.
Strong project management, analytic and interpersonal skills with all levels of Management
Writing briefs
Developing and organizing campaign projects and assets
Timely communication coordinating all stakeholders.
Managing timely delivery and outcomes
Motivated and independent act with precision and initiative
