Consultant Capital Markets Hub (m/w/d)

• Der Capital Market Hub ist unser Nachwuchsbereich für unsere Talente. Hier hast Du die perfekten Bedingungen und Möglichkeiten Dich ideal auf die Karriere, in einem unserer Teams, vorzubereiten.
   

Was sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns?

• Durchführung unterschiedlicher Real Estate-Transaktionsprojekte und Unterstützung der lokalen Teams innerhalb einer Transaktion von der Akquise bis zum Closing
• Erstellung von Pitch-Präsentationen für potenzielle Mandanten
• Erstellung von Unternehmens-Kurzprofilen (Teasern) und Management-Präsentationen bei Verkaufsmandaten
• Durchführung von Immobilienbewertungen nach allen in der Praxis gängigen Methoden, inkl. 3-monatigem Aufenthalt in unseren Valuation Teams für Bewerber, ohne Vorerfahrung

Was Du brauchst, um zu glänzen?

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Finanzwirtschaft, Geografie, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen
• Transaktionserfahrung im Immobilienbereich in Festanstellung (>/ = 1 Jahr)
• Interesse an Immobilientransaktionen und die damit einhergehenden Prozesse
• Fachspezifische Kenntnisse (Ausbildung, Praktika etc) sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und Microsoft PowerPoint
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit in abwechselnden Projektteams
• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur gemeinschaftlichen Arbeit
