ประจำวัน

รวมแถว รปภ. รอบเช้า   ตรวจสอบการเปิด – ปิด ไฟฟ้า, ประตู, จอ LCD, บ่อน้ำพุ และจุดต่างๆ รอบอาคาร ตรวจเอกสารการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความสะอาด ของ บ.PCS ในแต่ละวันให้เป็นไปตามสัญญาจ้าง และสรุปให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา  ตรวจเช็คความสะอาดบริเวณพื้นที่ส่วนกลางภายในอาคาร  ได้แก่ พื้นที่Lobby, ห้องน้ำชาย, หญิง และคนพิการ, รอบอาคารและลานจอดรถทั้งหมด ตรวจเช็คแผนการทำงานของ ฝ่ายรักษาความสะอาดประจำสัปดาห์ / ประจำเดือน / ประจำ 3 เดือน / ประจำ 6 เดือน ให้เป็นไปตามสัญญา ดูแลการเบิก – จ่าย วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง  เช่นกระดาษชำระ ,ถุงขยะ,น้ำสบู่ ฯลฯ และจัดทำสรุปยอดการใช้วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง เพื่อดำเนินการการจัดซื้อเข้าในสต๊อก ตรวจสอบและประสานงานฝ่ายวิศวกรรมเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดภายในอาคาร ตรวจสอบและเซ็นใบขออนุญาตเข้าทำงานของผู้รับเหมา, ขนของเข้า –ออก ประจำวัน  ดูแลและควบคุม การเบิกกุญแจ ภายในอาคาร ประชุมประจำสัปดาห์ร่วมกับผู้ดูแลอาคาร และคู่สัญญางานรักษาความสะอาด สรุปรายงานการทำงานประจำเดือนของฝ่ายรักษาความสะอาด รายงานปัญหาต่าง ๆและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ บันทึกรายงานประจำวันเพื่อส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
สรุปค่าแรงประจำเดือนของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความสะอาด เขียนสต็อคการ์ดที่เบิกจ่าย และตรวจเช็คสต๊อควัสดุสิ้นเปลือง เช่น กระดาษชำระ, ถุงขยะ, น้ำสบู่ และสต๊อคอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือช่าง  เช็คสต็อคภายในห้องเก็บช่างประจำเดือน
