We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Nordic HR team.

The position can be based in Oslo, reporting to the HR Manager Nordic

This role will provide Human Resources expertise and oversee health & safety topics across Nordic with main focus on Norway and Denmark

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the business on operational but also on some strategic matters in all Nordic countries.
• Support all Nordic countries, with focus on Norway and Denmark.
• Provide advice and guidance in all HR related aspects; Labor law, Change Management, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
• Take active part of the board meetings for the Health & Safety work and making sure we follow the regulations. 
• Support leaders in the local job adaption process and work with the Health care provider.
• Collaborate with our local worker councils for the Nordic countries.
• Work with our engagement projects in the Nordics and focus on the engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR projects work, both on market and global scale.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience and knowledge of HR matters and Nordic labor law.
• Experience from collaborations, negotiations with the Union representatives.
• Strong business focus and HR acumen.
• Growth and results focused in a changing environment.
• Positive Can-Do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent in minimum one Nordic language (preferred Norwegian or Danish) and English.  
• Experience in Workday is an advantage.
