Salesforce Automation, Integration, and API Management business unit (MuleSoft) serves thousands of enterprise customers by providing platforms & tools to develop, deploy, run, and lead their business artifacts, encompassing applications, APIs, automations, flows, integrations, etc. The MuleSoft Anypoint Runtime Platform and Monitoring products team is responsible for delivering most Trusted (Secure, Available, Scalable, Performant) and Easy-to-Use Cloud & Hybrid Runtime Platforms, Services, and Monitoring products for enterprise customers, enabling them to deploy, run, handle, and monitor Millions of these business artifacts to transact their business 24/7 in live production. The team is looking to hire a top-tier product management leader with the below key required skills:

What you will be doing

  • Develop product vision and drive roadmap execution for MuleSoft Runtime Services that enable enterprise customers run their business applications at high performance at scale and with high resiliency,

  • Co-develop vision and roadmap for Anypoint Monitoring products that enable enterprise customers to gain full insight into their application deployments for them to make data driven business decisions

  • Collaborate across teams and actively drive the vision and desired outcomes for the product ecosystem

  • Communicate product priorities and decisions with external customers, internal stakeholders, executive leadership; and also build consensus with a variety of stakeholders where needed

  • Frequent engagement with customers understanding their evolving needs, and delivering on product roadmap

What you should have

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management with proven dynamic growth in PM career at enterprise software technology companies. Prior to being a PM, having years of experience in Engineering or Tech Consulting or equivalent roles is a plus.

  • Strong experience in envisioning, building, and delivering software platforms/products/services to enterprise customers, and being involved in driving GTM strategy, pricing, adoption, usage, and possibly EOL through the product lifecycle.

  • Deep knowledge in building platform services using public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) and Hybrid cloud ecosystem, combined with knowledge in telemetry Monitoring & Observability product ecosystem for enterprise users; consistent track record of leveraging that knowhow to build/deliver enterprise grade Runtime and/or platforms/products at scale with cloud-native architectures.

  • Strong vision, roadmapping, and execution abilities to build Monitoring products of value and easy-to-use by enterprise customers encompassing innovative technologies across real-time systems, rapid searching/ troubleshooting/ diagnostics, visualization, ML, AI, etc. Unlimited possibilities with massive scale data, limited only by one’s vision and execution!

  • Expertise in designing and delivering secure, highly available, scalable cloud platforms / services

  • Leadership presence, with abilities to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders/sponsors and enterprise customers

  • Proven experience optimally working with and influencing teams of PMs, engineers, architects, security, UX, sales/distribution, customer success, support, marketing, etc.

  • Strong Platform user experience / design sense

  • Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, and evangelizing product vision, strategy, and roadmap to sponsors and enterprise customers

  • Knowledge in MuleSoft or equivalent Integration and API management products and markets is highly beneficial but not required

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $204,400 to $296,400.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,000 to $323,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
