Job Description

Responsible for the design & development creating innovative software solutions. Required to have a strong technical background, be adept at solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Basic Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions tailored to our needs, ensuring robust and scalable outcomes.

• Diagnose and resolve software problems, and debug code to mitigate issues within established applications, enhancing system stability and performance.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to conceptualize and design innovative features that align with project goals.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring all design and code changes are accurately represented and understood.

• Play a proactive role in the development of new features and improvements, applying technical expertise as an individual contributor to the engineering team.

• Be actively involved in all stages of product development, from initial requirement gathering and system design to coding, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with team members to plan and conduct detailed software design and code reviews, ensuring alignment with coding standards and architectural guidelines.

• Meet or exceed project deliverables and timelines in a fast-paced and dynamic development environment, adapting to changing priorities as necessary.

• Actively contribute to the refinement and enhancement of existing software development methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

**Job Requirements:**

• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, Java, Classic ASP, and jQuery.

• Proficiency with software development tools and frameworks, including Git, GitHub, and .NET MVC.

• Adept at learning new languages and technologies in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently on projects.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
