Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of project management within the commercial real estate industry. 

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competition. 

Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans to achieve targeted goals and objectives. 

Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and subject matter experts, to create comprehensive project proposals and presentations. 

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry contacts to expand the client base. 

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to generate new business opportunities. 

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies. 

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends. 

Stay informed about industry best practices and new project management methodologies to enhance our competitive advantage. 

Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including pipeline status, wins, losses, and market intelligence. 

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of projects won to the project management team. 

Assist in contract negotiations and ensure legal and commercial terms meet company standards. 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus. 

Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the commercial real estate or construction industries. 

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to a diverse audience. 

Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations. 

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored project management solutions. 

Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools to track leads, opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline. 

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
