What this opportunity involves:

This collaborative role involves interaction with Marina Management and members of the operations team. Marina attendants will assist in day-to-day management of the facility as well as other facets of operation.

This is a great opportunity for upbeat and enthusiastic individuals looking to contribute to a successful team in Sydney’s premier dry boat storage facility and marina! 

A snap shot of the role:

• Provision of high-level general marina services for customers of the marina
• Day to day management of vessel movements using Boat Cloud App
• Connect vessels with supplies of electricity, fresh water and sewage pump out services
• Providing general information to telephone inquiries, as well as additional support tasks including record keeping of daily logs, taking incoming calls
• Accountability and monitoring external contractors on site
• Physical work which includes cleaning, rubbish removal and general marina site upkeep
• Experience in using a forklift and have a valid licence would be an advantage

We’re seeking a candidate who is ideally experienced in the marine industry and can operate numerous vehicles and vessels. We are looking for team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.

An excellent customer service attitude will allow you to succeed in this role as you develop strong relationships with our customers. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential in maintaining our successful team!
