3. To evaluate Category fests & Brand fest to optimize performance |
4. To plan and manage Ops for Category fests, Brand launches & Central events. |
5. Ensure complete Quality check is done for any Merchandising actions that goes live on the platform. |
6. To evaluate the perf of catg during big sale events/ central events & maintain categories's share on platform |
7. To provide possible solutions to solve for catg.s visibility & growth on platform |
8. End to end stakeholder management to get the projects ongoing. |
