JLL Work Dynamics is seeking a versatile individual to support growth, margin expansion, and other strategic initiatives across Work Dynamics. This role will play a critical role in engaging in early strategic planning for large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall Work Dynamics strategy, leading the project team through change management activities, reporting on the progress of in-flight initiatives, and supporting governance activities with leadership from across Work Dynamics.  This role will serve as the global liaison for all large-scale initiatives and will drive inclusive, effective, and efficient engagement of appropriate parties to enable progress toward the long-term goals for Work Dynamics.  This position requires a talented individual whose skillset balances strategic thinking, a bias toward execution, and comfort with ambiguity while maintaining a JLL client-first mindset. This individual will:

  • Establish criteria for classifying initiatives as priority or standard, catalog initiatives across the Work Dynamics business based on the criteria, and identify project teams for in-flight activities 

  • Establish and implement an engagement strategy for new and emerging priority initiatives and an overall process for managing initiatives across Work Dynamics 

  • Advise the executive team responsible for each priority initiative on process  

  • Partner with the executive team responsible for each priority initiative to establish an initiative strategy, associated outcomes, and metrics for measuring success, with primary focus on ensuring alignment to Work Dynamics strategy and contribution to the long-term goals for Work Dynamics. 

  • Develop a standard approach to change management and partner with the relevant executive team to implement for each priority initiative 

  • Create monthly and quarterly reports on the progress of priority initiatives (including those in-flight at the time of assuming the role) and prepare each in partnership with the executive team responsible for each priority initiative 

  • Establish relationships with global Work Dynamics Legal, Risk Management, HR, Finance, Commercial, Communications, and other teams to ensure engagement of appropriate parties throughout each priority initiative.   

Desired experience and technical skills  

Required

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders and to leverage effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, comfortable presenting clearly to executives 

  • ‘Achiever’ mentality – independent, self-performer with the ability to rapidly complete initiatives and attain a multitude of team goals simultaneously and autonomously. 

  • Exceptional understanding of the drivers of a global P&L, organizational considerations, and change management, and an ability to conceptualize alternatives to challenging situations 

  • Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driving a host of initiatives at once 

  • Strategic thinker with an emphasis on business strategy, growth, innovation, and repositioning of existing businesses and the ability to identify solutions to business challenges 

Preferred  

  • Ability to quickly engage on in-flight activities and to establish the processes, protocols, rhythms, and relationships to optimize the outcomes of priority initiatives across Work Dynamics 

  • Experience working on global initiatives across a matrixed environment. 

  • Experience with and knowledge of core real estate service functions. Ability to understand the Work Dynamics business as well as the broader real estate landscape and key trends 

  • Proven ability to connect across a broad set of stakeholders to identify needs and translate to alternatives that optimally achieve outcomes. 

 

 

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

175,000.00 – 225,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
