About the Role:

CrowdStrike is currently looking for an EMEA Business Development Manager to help drive engagement and sales growth with Dell across Europe. Success in this role will require: nurturing a foundationally strong, productive relationship to execute on sales growth initiatives and provide robust support in Dell Cherrywood, working closely with all inside sales teams to increase OTB sales predominantly but also supporting European GAM & funded head where needed on volume (resell) & managed services business development.  Expect to be based at least 3 days in Dell Cherrywood office with some occasional travel throughout Europe.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive campaigns with internal Dell sellers to increase pipeline & sales growth with focus on OTB, volume & managed services
  • Accelerate and maximise engagement between CrowdStrike and DELL locally
  • Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with DELL’s desk-based and field sales community.
  • Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike to create and execute joint demand generation campaigns and initiatives in support of strategic business plans and to drive revenue goals
  • Direct involvement with new pipeline generation projects and ownership of account-mapping duties to identify credible prospects, working closely with the Dell Endpoint Specialist based in Cherrywood.
  • Independently develop measures and concepts to increase revenue for OTB
  • OTB license activation programme, including end-user call-out activity to drive license activation
  • In-house enablement to provide exposure for CrowdStrike across DELL sales communities.
  • Field-enablement in relation to campaigns, assessments or incentives (including SDR campaign to drive OTB activation)
  • Deliver enablement and support to DELL around CrowdStrike Deal Registration and similar programmatic processes.
  • Forecasting with European GAM & Funded Head
  • Work collaboratively with the CrowdStrike European & Global Alliance Teams & Funded Head on development & execution of joint business plans
  • Work as part of team that are focussed on driving the Dell relationship

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development in software/SaaS.

  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving.

  • The ability to generate new ideas and solutions to maximise growth potential.

  • Competent in face-to-face engagement with sales for the purposes of enablement, account mapping and/or customer-facing engagements.

  • An established knowledge of cybersecurity and/or MSSP.

  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment or demonstrable initiatives that generated successful pipeline generation.

  • Experience directly or indirectly working with DELL
