Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

• You will support business controller to set up finance governance structure of Hitachi Energy in Japan, including daily operation of controlling functions.
• You will take part in month-end closing and analyze the gap between forecast and actual. Follow up the actions to improve KPIs.  
• You will support planning & forecast preparation with sales, project management, HR functions and etc.
• You will support project management team to monitor costs development and analysis along the execution.
• You will go through critical processes, build up financial control systems to ensure internal control is set up and implemented properly.
• You will understand FCM logic, support annual hourly rate calculation and provide necessary support to other departments.
• You will support investments appraisal and controlling process.
• You will be involved in other tasks such as supporting Surge Arrestor factory for controlling related activities.

Your background:

• You hold a master's degree in business, or in finance, or another related discipline (studies to be completed before the start of the program).
• Required up to 18 months of professional work experience.
• International mobility required for your assignments, where relocation assistance will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback.
• A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, additional languages are considered as an advantage.
