Senior Process Specialist - Packing - APAC, AU, Broadmeadows, CSL Behring

We are hiring for Senior Process Specialist – Packing in our manufacturing Broadmeadows site. Reporting to Senior Manager Packing you will lead process improvement initiatives and ensure delivery of CI projects to the agreed timelines and be the subject matter expert regarding manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment performance relating to packing operations.

This role is a permanent role and will suit someone who has a strong understanding of cGMP, process improvement and has experience coordinating project activities across functional groups within fast paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Develop and introduce high performing and efficient processes within packing operations of business aligned to site objectives.
• Lead and ensure on-time implementation of processes/CI projects, performed in compliance to cGMP's, SOPs, and applicable guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive projects implementation as per agreed timeline.
• Develop manufacturing documentation including procedures, FMEA, training materials and specifications.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of work.
• Support BAU operational requirements as per business needs.

To be successful:

• Change Management: Proven experience driving change within cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Project Management: Excellent organisational, planning, time management, influencing and communication skills combined with a drive to achieve.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated analytical and technical skills to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions of complex problems using CI/lean methodology.
• Coaching and Accountability: Ability to coach for performance, ensuring accountability, and driving high performing results through manufacturing team.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in cGMP manufacturing and tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline, with proficiency in CI/lean principles.
• Resilience: Courage and resilience to navigate and lead through challenges and influencing people and team to achieve outstanding results.
